Welcome to EnterOrbit.
By creating an account or using EnterOrbit, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use EnterOrbit.
By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may not:
Share accounts with others
Impersonate another person or organization
Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
Circumvent account restrictions or bans
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of content that you create and post on EnterOrbit.
By submitting content to EnterOrbit, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the EnterOrbit service.
Public content may be displayed to other users in accordance with your privacy and visibility settings.
Private messages, private planets, and other non-public content will only be accessed, processed, or disclosed as necessary to operate the service, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect the safety and security of EnterOrbit and its users.
This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, security, or abuse prevention.
You are responsible for the content you post.
Community Rules
You may not use EnterOrbit to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Post illegal content
Spam or engage in deceptive practices
Upload malware or malicious code
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
Planets and Community Moderation
Planet owners and moderators may establish additional rules for their communities.
Moderators may remove content, restrict participation, or take other moderation actions within their communities.
EnterOrbit administrators may intervene when necessary to enforce platform-wide policies or protect the service.
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, community rules, or applicable laws.
We may also remove content that creates security, operational, or legal risks for EnterOrbit.
Username Policy
We may require users to change usernames that:
Impersonate others
Violate trademarks
Are deceptive or misleading
Contain offensive or prohibited content
Service Availability
EnterOrbit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, or error-free operation.
Features may change, be modified, or be removed at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to EnterOrbit for violations of these Terms or for behavior that creates risk to the platform, its users, or its operation.
Users may stop using EnterOrbit at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnterOrbit and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of EnterOrbit after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
